Did go to the site and found no smoke from a vent in the middle of the house. All is secured but did find a window that has security bar and appears that the bars are being removed to enter the front of the house into a bedroom. The fence panels have been opened and is missing one panel on the interior fence. Late in the day and will come back tomorrow in the morning. Did call the supervisor Laurie Pumphery on what is being done on the property and agreed to come back tomorrow with another inspector. RV.
03/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Came to the site with inspector SAM and did find the person in the house. He did come out when called by name and left the site. Did call Biff Baker Fence to the site to re-secured the fence panels and re-do where the fence fabric has been cut to enter the yard or the property. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to cover windows where the security bars are being removed to enter the house. The postings are still in place of Do Not Enter. RV.
03/21/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Found the front door opened and removed Edgar from the living room area. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings secured. The metal security door has been removed from the wall. Did place a chain and lock to the front wood door through the knob hole. Did have to re-secure the chain link fence panels with wires. All is secured at this time. RV.
03/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The house is vacant and secured and will be doing the demo soon. The contractor is in the process of getting the permit to demo the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
