01/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Driving by the house on way to call saw the openings opened from the street. Arrived and Edgar was on site and was sleeping on the front porch. He was asked to leave and left the site. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house re-secured. Did call the owner to let her know that the house is being boarded up and that Edgar was on site. She gave permission to have the property secured. Was sleeping on the concrete floor on the front porch and the door to the house in front was still secured. The bathroom windows had the plywood removed and the security bars has been pulled off the wall.
03/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The house is vacant and secured and will be doing the demo soon. The contractor is in the process of getting the permit to demo the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
