I was able to enter the tenants unit with the property manager and the maintenance supervisor. The heat works in the unit and I verified the results of the heat meter. The room temperature was 74 degrees when I first entered and after the heat was turned on the room temperature was raised to 85 degrees. I contacted the tenants daughter to inform her of the situation. |
