01/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Made contact with the tenant and her daughter who told me about the problem with her heat. I verified the problem and attempted to make contact with the management. I left a voicemail and could not enter the management office because it was locked. FEDEx delivery was unable to enter either. I will be going there again today
01/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed I was able to enter the tenants unit with the property manager and the maintenance supervisor. The heat works in the unit and I verified the results of the heat meter. The room temperature was 74 degrees when I first entered and after the heat was turned on the room temperature was raised to 85 degrees. I contacted the tenants daughter to inform her of the situation.
