1251 PM - Signs on door for Happy Car Care. Employee on site states does auto repair. Owner on site allowed entry to rear of property. Did observe cars with parts removed, on jack stands, car parts throughout the grounds. Per owner he installed a new electric run from breaker box to back of building to far southeast corner of property to a new electrical panel. Conduit laid in a trench running to a conex, per owner is going to be a future electric run. There's a large new concrete slab where cars are parked on. Did not see any trash being burned. Owner denied burning trash on the property. While on site, a tow truck did arrive to drop off a vehicle. Owner states he has a C of O for his business but could not locate it. A notice of violation will be issued. -VM |
