Owner on site allowed entry to rear of property. Did observe cars with parts removed, on jack stands, car parts throughout the grounds. Per owner he installed a new electric run from breaker box to back of building to far southeast corner of property to a new electrical panel. Conduit laid in a trench running to a conex, per owner is going to be a future electric run. There's a large new concrete slab where cars are parked on. Did not see any trash being burned. Owner denied burning trash on the property. While on site, a tow truck did arrive to drop off a vehicle. Owner states he has a C of O for his business but could not locate it. A notice of violation will be issued. -VM | |
