Went to the site and found the lighting that has been added midway of a 4-story building. The lights are aimed down and have no shields and has trespassing to the neighbors houses across the street. The lights are for a parking lot. I did walk on the neighbors side of the property and did have a shadow on the wall of the houses across the street. RV. |
