Showed her at night that the shadow shows on the neighbors house when walking by on the opposite side of the street on the neighbors side where you walk by the house. She stated that the lights were lowered and what she did was have the fixture aimed more down but in the same position in height. The manager is not understanding that the lights are lacking shields to prevent the light beam from going further out past the fixture where mounted to the wall. Did go over that a permit is required due to the change of type of lighting being used at this time. The manager did mention on going back to the old fixture and she could and will check after that is done to check for the trespassing of the lighting. Gave her my card and she will call when done.
