Sprinkler head in rental unit 824 broke and flooded rental unit. Drywall around sprinkler head damaged due to prolonged exposure to the water. Electrical disconnected to prevent electrical fire. Apartment complex emergency line called several times by TFD and Code Enforcement. No response ever from the property Maintenance Emergency. Disconnect tagged by TFD. Nov posted, renter in 824 moved out to drier location until rental unit is repaired. NOV's posted at the front door of rental office. |
