CHECKED THE TWO EMPTY LOTS TO THE SOUTH AGAIN NO ISSUES WITH THOSE TWO LOTS. THERE WAS NOBODY HOME AND A LARGE DOG IN THE FRONT YARD. I WALKED DOWN TO THE MANAGERS TRAILER, MANAGER STATED THE SEWER LINE HAD BEEN SNAKED AND CLEANED FREE FROM A BLOCKAGE, MANAGER CLEANED THE SURROUNDING AREA. TOILET NOW WRKING OK. DROVE TO THE FRONT OF THE PROPERT WITH THE MANAGER AND FOUND THE TREE OVERHANGING THE SIDEWALK AREA WITH ELECTRICAL LINES GROWING THRU THE TREE, ALSO FOUND A LARGE LIMB BROKEN OFF AND HANGING FROM THE ELECTRICAL LINES. IT APPEARS TO BE A HAZARD AND SHOULD NOT BE TRIMMED BY A UNAUTHORIZED TREE CONTRACTOR. I CONTACTED TEP INSPECTOR WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE AND OWNER WOULD NEED TO CONTACT TEP AND INFORM TEP OF A HAZARD/ EMERGENCY. OWNER LATER CONTACTED ME AND STATED TEP WILL BE OUT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS TO ASSESS THE SITUATION BUT TEP WILL TRIM THE TREE AND OR REMOVE THE BROKEN LIMB, AND CUT LIMB LEANING ONTO THE LIGHT POST. COMPLAINCE.
