Gas water heater is not connected to gas. Low vent is blocked. Roof where flu pipe is suppose to go through is open and light from outside is coming through. Occupant states that water comes through the ceiling when it rains and puddles in the closet area. Occupant states the lights flicker. Had occupant turn on all light fixtures plus ac to see the lights flicker. Did no see the lights flicker. Property Manager did acknowledge that the electrical system does not appear to be providing enough energy to the residents. The company is currently working with Electrical Contractor to upgrade the electrical system. Issued nov to mgr to connect water heater to gas and to make repairs to electrical system under permit. |
