Occupant states this caused her daughter to fall down the steps. The carpet next to the bathroom door is frayed and has come loose from the carpet edge gripper exposing the carpet tacks. Wood has been exposed to some moister. Met with Property Manager and Maintenance staff regarding the complaint. Viewed the issue with Manager and Maintenance. Issued nov on site. |
