All storage and refuse and rusted electrical equipment removed. Exit signs installed and working (Desert State Fire inspected and tested the fire alarm system). Refuse removed, two storage container and shed removed which were located at the back end of the property. Hasp removed on rental. Missing hand railing reinstalled and welded back on to railing. Open sewage closed up and cemented over. Light globes installed but there are still a lot missing light globes. Loose AC covers re-installed, graffiti removed, rooms with refuse cleared out and locked up. Electrical disconnect boxes labeled. Owner hired Parker & Son Electric, Performance Steel Bldg, Coronado Engineering, Tucson Pool & Spa, Andy American Glass. Next follow up will be in 30 days. |
