Cement wall recently replaced with corrugated fence over 7 ft in height. Met w/neighbor regarding fence and placement of discarded wall. Neighbor the owner hired a company and the workers placed the wall on their property and never removed it. Reviewed pictures of previous wall and can see wall has been replaced with the newer fence. |
