NO OTHER DEFECIENCIES WERE FOUND BY MR. SHARPTON. SPOKE WITH MR.GRIMM ABOUT THE NEXT DOOR APARTMENT. TOLD HIM THAT MR. SHARPTON SHOULD EVALUATE AND CORRECT ANY ELECTRICAL DEFICIENCIES IN THE EAST APARTMENT BEFORE HE RENTS IT OUT, AND THEN TO CONTACT ME FOR FINAL CLEARANCE. 11/02/99 OWNER, STEPHEN GRIMM, CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE THAT HE WILL BE WORKING ON THE EAST UNIT OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS, ALONG WITH THE LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.
