DIFFERENT OUTLETS HAVE GONE DEAD AT DIFFERENT TIMES ACCORDING TO THE TENANTS. LANDLORD HAS BASEMENT PADLOCKED WHERE FUSE BOX IS LOCATED. HOLE IN CEILING IN 2ND FLOOR BED WHERE ROOF LEAKS. WALL SHOWED WATER DAMAGE AND WAS DAMP TO THE TOUCH. FROM EXTERIOR GRADE, IT APPEARS THAT THE ROOF LEAK IS IN THE AREA OF A DORMER VALLEY ABOUT THREE STORIES UP. | |
