08/13/1999 | 08/13/99 CONTACTED IN PERSON: MET MR. PEDATA AT SITE WHILE I WAS THERE FOR INSPECTION OF D-9. THIS GENTLEMAN HAS BEEN WORKING ON SITE SINCE LAST VISIT ON 8-6-99 BUT HAS NOT YET REPAIRED THE GATE. HE IS CLAIMING THAT THE 1" OF WATER IN D-9 IS CAUSED BY HUMIDITY AND THAT NO CHILDREN WERE GOING INTO POOL AREA THROUGH BROKEN BARS ON GATE UNTIL AFTER I SUPPOSEDLY INSTRUCTED A LITTLE GIRL TO DO IT. HE HAS BEEN INFORMED THAT IT IS HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR A/C UNIT ON D-9 TO STOP THE "HUMIDITY" AND TO REPAIR THE POOL ENCLOSURES. LRH. |
