ADDTL COMMS - I WATCHED AN 8 YEAR OLD KID SQUEEZE THROUGH GATE TO POOL. I THEN ASKED ABOUT 10 KIDS RANGING FROM 5-9 YEARS OLD IF THEY KNEW HOW TO GET IN POOL AREA AND THEY ALL SAID YES. SEVERAL OF THEM THEN SHOWED ME. WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER HE DENIED THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND BECAME SOMEWHAT HOSTILE. I SERVED A 10 DAY NOV TO REPAIR THE GATE ON THE MANAGER OF THE COMPLEX AND WILL BE RETURNING TO DO MIN HOUSING INSPECTIONS OF THE UNITS. |
