Arrived and the tech. has removed the meter and placed the T.E.P. locks on the meter panel and panel door areas of the breakers to have the areas prevented from being opened. Did meet with the person on site with a travel trailer parked in the rear that they will need to remove the trailer by tomorrow. They are not able to leave the trailer on the property unless they get a permit and the owner approves it being on the property. The owner is not living on the property and the travel trailer won't be the primary resident on the property. The water was turned off at the meter due to a water leak under the mobile home. Did the posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window with a placard of Do Not Enter. Will call T.P.D. to advise for the situation on the property. Did talk to the neighbor who has contact with the owner. RV.}
08/25/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		Passed	The house was vacant and secured and the travel trailer had been removed. Friend of the owner had cleaned the interior of the mobile home and the exterior of the property. This case should of been closed and will be closing at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
