Did go inside and the mobile home has leaks on the roof and is being cleared out. Has the smell of cats in the mobile home and some of the carpet has been removed due to soiled with urine and feces. The owner will not be coming back into the mobile home due to in the assisted living home due to illness. The rep. Sue and Ray Lamberson with Barbara Harrington the Care giver that is staying on site understood once explained on how the request were done to have the electrical removed. They now know that the owner did request for the electrical to be removed. Does have a balance of over $ 1200.00 and was questioned on how could the electrical be turned back on. The balanced would need to be paid, a permit for the reconnect would have to be issued by Planning and Development Services Department and inspection for approval to get the clearance. The owner has the rep. removing items out of the house and will need to be sold soon. Has the travel trailer in the rear of the mobile home and a Do Not Enter placard was placed on the travel trailer due to has no water or electrical and was advised that they can not stay in the trailer after dark. All will be secured once they finish removing items out of the house. Have a letter from the owner on who can be on the property or represent the owner if the owner not on site. The neighbor Chis or Bruce are not allowed to do anything for the owner or be on the property. RV. |
