Checked all the buildings and have issues with all of them. The building on the east in the front of the property has people sleeping all around the building that was a hall that was not design for sleeping. Have added a wood frame wall to hide an area for sleeping and braced at the top with 2 x 4's. Have no smoke detectors that are working and the windows are not able to open due to have bolted metal straps over the casement windows. Has a door in the front and the rear only. The bathrooms are not functional with no hot water and one bathroom not working at all. There is a safe and someone sleeping in the safe. Has smaller building on the west of the front of the property and has people sleeping in the open area with a bathroom. Has no windows and was approved as a barber shop. Behind this building has small units that have seperated units with alot of issues with the windows not opening and closing or not locking with broken glass. The doors are not sealed or have holes, no smoke detectors, outlets are not working or missing coverplates, light fixtures missing globes and the bathroom have outlets and not GFCI protected. Did meet with the property manager and went over some of the items and he will repair some of them. Did go over on removing the people from the large room on the east and west side of the front or the property. Has no floor or site plan for the property. Will do N.O.V. In the interior units, unfortunately no one would give me access to the units at this time will be contacting supervisor to have area inspector first thing next week or if appoved will ask if supervisor and I cound do inspection first thing next week to obtain access to the units due to possible lack of egress, and possible hazard conditions.} | |

Did let them know that the owners are not going to do anything to repair the property. Did meet the owner at the Quick Trip to give a copy of the N.O.V. Will be on the property after 9:00 AM to board up the property and remove the electrical. Did let the person with the business that he needs to have the people placed by morning. RV. |
