Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the units that will be vacated to prevent entry into the units. T.E.P. called to blank the meter to turn off the electrical to unit A and the building marked 5214. The property manager was still in the process of placing the people to other locations. The property manager signed the N.O.V. to Vacate. Started to cover all the openings with plywood due to how they started to break windows on the property as they leaving. RV.
10/11/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - Went to the site due to the property manager was suppose to remove the people out of the unit A and the property marked 5214. They have started to remove some of the people and still have people being placed. Will be going back at 4:30 PM to have the property secured with boarding up the windows and the doors to prevent entry. Windows have been broken from the prople being removed from the property that will not be placed. The property manager is not able to secure the site. Not able to make contact with the owner and have been talking to the property manager on having the issues addressed.
10/28/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Went to the site to check the progress of vacating the property. Some have been moved but just started the placement of the people on the property. Carlos the person in charge of moving the people and is in the process of placing the people on the property at different location. Some have been moved and not on site at this time. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have all the openings secured with plywood. Screwed 9-3' doors shut, covered with plywood, 8-3' doors, 6-3' x 4' casement windows, 2-2020 XO windows, 1-4040 XO window, 1-3' x 3'-6" casement window, 1-4' x 4'-6" casement window, 1-3' x 4'-6" casement window. T.E.P. came and removed the electrical to unit B, C, D, with the other structures already removed with the electrical at the meter. S.W.G. came to the site to have the gas removed at the meters to all the units on the property. Permit will be required for the electrical and the gas to be turned back on. All the units will need to be check before the reconnect permits can be cleared to be turned back on. Carlos came back to sign the paperwork and remove the last 2-people off the property. Did call the owner to let her know that the property has been cleared and is all secured. Did go over that the property needs to be cleaned and the containers need to be emptied due to are full. Did let the owner know that different people are coming onto the property to look at items being left on the property. On site with inspector Lopez. RV.
11/08/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Met with the inspector Lopez and the owner of the business of the people staying on the property. He wanted more time and was not given more time. Will be closing the property on Wednesday at 9:00 AM. Did go over if they can't be placed will call some to have placement done or call Frontera to have them placed with someone else. They can be placed in a hotel until the other property is ready. Did let them know that the owners are not going to do anything to repair the property. Did meet the owner at the Quick Trip to give a copy of the N.O.V. Will be on the property after 9:00 AM to board up the property and remove the electrical. Did let the person with the business that he needs to have the people placed by morning. RV.
