09/07/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed {Activity date: 09/07/2022; Status: Approved; Inspector: VIDAL; Comment: Entered by VIDAL - Met with the tenant and check the handler on the ceiling area in the hallway by the bathroom. There is no leaking on the unit and has been worked on since the call was made. The damaged drywall has been removed and waiting for the area to be aired out from the moisture in the soffit area. Other drywall my need to be removed once the area is going to be worked on. Condensation line may have been plugged and was going into the ductwork where leaking. She was showing what she thought was mold and was dust where air is leaking through the opening where not fire taped. Did meet with management and will be covered on Saturday with checking on Friday is dried out. Will check next week. RV.}
