12/22/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation No one home and while at another inpsection, the tenant called that she was at the unit. Went back and did the inspection and found roaches and a lot of the roaches were small. The kitchen sink was not leaking at the drain lines but has signs of being wet on the side of the cabinet. Did check the master bathroom and at the diverter is lacking the escutcheon and appears that water is leaking down the pipe. The kitchen sink may be leaking at the side by the wall and appears to have been caulked several times. The smoke detector is lacking in the hallway. The tenant will check the cabinet in the kitchen after the shower has been used in the master bathroom to see if wet. Did meet with the management to go over the issues and they will work on the problems. They did have a recording of the tenant refusing treatment for the roaches about 6-weeks ago. The tenant was called that the treatment is scheduled next week and she said OK. Will check in 10 days. RV.
08/11/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Met with the tenant and all the work has been done and has no other complaints. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
