Unit 184 windows don’t close all the way, or lock, no pest control has been done, Mice and roaches problems. Bathroom has hole in wall, pipes exposed, kitchen also has holes in ceiling exposing sewer pipes that are leaking. Front door does not close correctly, was opened by trasspasser. Every time it rains the living room floods. Upstairs bathroom sink does not work. Outlets do not work all plugs fall out of outlets. Every other day water is turned off, no hot water is available at night. all cabinets are water damaged and rotted and falling apart.

MANAGEMENT IS ALLOWING SEWER LEAK TO DRAIN FROM SEWER PIPING INTO KITCHEN/ COOKING AREA. SIMILAR ISSUE FOUND NEIGHBORING APARTMENTS. ENTRY, BATHROOM AND ROOM DOORS DO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. WINDOWS DO NOT CLOSE AND LOCK PROPERLY, SECOND FLOOR BATHROOM SINK DOES NOT WORK. THERE IS NO HOT WATER. DUE TO UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY LIVING CONDITIONS FOUND BY INSPECTOR. THE UNIT WILL BE CONDEMENED. NOTICE OF EMERGENCY ABATEMENT AND ORDER TO VACATE IS ISSUED, HAND DELIVED AND SIGNED BY TENANT AS THERE IS NO OFFICE PERSONNEL ON SITE OR ANSWERING PHONE. POSTED DO NOT OCCUPY PLACARD ON FRONT DOOR AND POSTED COPIES OF ORDER AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM SIGNED BY TENANT. ELECT POWER HAS BEEN PULLED AT METER WILL REQUIRED CITY CLEARANCE FOR RECONNECT, MUST HAVE CE INSPECTION PRIOR TO OCCUPANY. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME.
