CABINETS IN KITCHEN WERE WATER DAMAGED AND DETERIORATING DUE TO CONTINUED WATER DAMAGE. THERE IS A HOLE IN THE KITCHEN CEILING THAT IS APPROXIMATELY 4 1/2 X 1 1/2 FOOT IN SIZE, EXPOSING WOOD FRAMING AND SEWER PLUMBING FROM 2ND FLOOR. MANAGEMENT IS ALLOWING SEWER LEAK TO DRAIN FROM SEWER PIPING INTO KITCHEN/ COOKING AREA. SIMILAR ISSUE FOUND NEIGHBORING APARTMENTS. ENTRY, BATHROOM AND ROOM DOORS DO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. WINDOWS DO NOT CLOSE AND LOCK PROPERLY, SECOND FLOOR BATHROOM SINK DOES NOT WORK. THERE IS NO HOT WATER. DUE TO UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY LIVING CONDITIONS FOUND BY INSPECTOR. THE UNIT WILL BE CONDEMENED. NOTICE OF EMERGENCY ABATEMENT AND ORDER TO VACATE IS ISSUED, HAND DELIVED AND SIGNED BY TENANT AS THERE IS NO OFFICE PERSONNEL ON SITE OR ANSWERING PHONE. POSTED DO NOT OCCUPY PLACARD ON FRONT DOOR AND POSTED COPIES OF ORDER AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM SIGNED BY TENANT. ELECT POWER HAS BEEN PULLED AT METER WILL REQUIRED CITY CLEARANCE FOR RECONNECT, MUST HAVE CE INSPECTION PRIOR TO OCCUPANY. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME.
