ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE DAMAGED AND BURNT ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN THE FIRE ZONE WITH BARE WIRING AND TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER. PLUMBING: THE GAS METER SUSTAINED HEAT DAMAGE, SWG DID REMOVE THE METER. MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE THROUGH OUT THE UNIT. REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE CONDO WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY.
