THERE IS DAMAGE TO (1) 3X4 BEDROOM WINDOW. THERE IS AN ATTACHED PATIO WITH ROOF MEMBERS DAMAGED, THE RAFTERS AND DECKING HAVE DEEP CRACKS WITH SURFACE CHARRING, THE PATIO IS ESTIMATED AT 8 X 10. THERE IS DAMAGE TO AN EXIT DOOR SIZE IS 6 X 7. THE 5 X 8 UTILITY ROOM'S EXTERIOR SIDING WAS DESTROYED. THE INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILING HAVE MULTIPLE INSPECTION HOLES WITH WATER DAMAGE.

ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE DAMAGED AND BURNT ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN THE FIRE ZONE WITH BARE WIRING AND TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER.


PLUMBING: THE GAS METER SUSTAINED HEAT DAMAGE, SWG DID REMOVE THE METER.

MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE THROUGH OUT THE UNIT.

REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE CONDO WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. ALL DAMAGED OPENINGS WERE SECURED BY COT CONTRACTOR
