Broken, loose, frayed, inoperable, defective or missing portions of the electrical service, lines, switches, outlets, fixtures and fixture coverings shall be repaired or replaced. (2) All electrical equipment, wiring and appliances shall be installed and maintained in a safe manner and in accordance with all applicable laws. |

INTERIOR WALL ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLES ARE LOOSE, NOT PROPERLY GROUNDED, NOT PROTECTED IN WET APPLICATIONS AREA. STOVE RECEPTACLE SHOWS OPEN GROUND, LIVING ROOM NORTH OUTLET SHOWS OPEN GROUND. THREE PRONG OUTLET NEAR THE KITCHEN SINK IS NOT PROTECTED BY A GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER. WASHER MACHINE RECEPTACLE IS NOT ANCHORED AND IS LOOSE. REAR HOSE BIB SUPPLY LINE IS CORRODED AND LEAKING. THIS LEAK IS POTENTIALLY PENETRATING THE INTERIOR WALL CELL. |
