06/14/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed {Activity date: 06/14/2022; Status: Approved; Inspector: VIDAL; Comment: Entered by VIDAL - Did ask supervion on getting busses for the tenants of the mobile home park due to the power will be off for some time and not sure when the power will be turned back on. RV.} ; {Activity date: 06/14/2022; Status: Approved; Inspector: VIDAL; Comment: Entered by VIDAL - Was sent to the site per Laurie Pumphery the supervisor to check the electrical situation on going off. Did meet with T.E.P. and JMAC the electrical contractor doing the work including the maintenance supervisor. A permit has been approved for Like for Like on the disconnect only, T22CM04417 issued on 6-14-22. They were trying to do the power kill and nothing has been set with PDSD. The power kill has been set for tomorrow at 6:00 AM at the transformer and hope to have the power back on by evening. JMAC will be making arrangements for the inspection to be done when ready to have the electrical turned back on. Did go over that an engineer will be required to have the other work done and changes that will be needed to be done to avoid the double lugging. The demand from the mobile homes are greater than the input from the disconnect from T.E.P. The new disconnect is on site but not the other CT Can box for the 3-phase and that is still being looked for. T.E.P. was goiing to get with the maintenance supervisor on the approval for the power kill tomorrow. They are blowing fuses of 400 AMPS and did let the complex know that soon they will having a fire due to the heat. Will check the site tomorrow once they start.
