T.E.P. did show and they did their inspection and was approved and did re-store the power to the mobile home park. Did meet with some of the tenants that were walking around and they all have power back on. Did let the bus drivers that the power has been re-stored and that they can leave. The supervisor for the buses did show when talking to the drives and did let the supervior know that the power has been re-stored and the buses could leave. The work was checked and had no issues on the new work done and the area was cleaned up. Will need to wait for the engineer to do the drawings and get the permits for the added work to be done on the sub-panels for different rows of the mobile homes. Will check in 30 days. RV.

06/15/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - At 11:30 AM the main disconnect was in place and were making the adjustment to place the anchors to the backboard for securement. Did ask on the arrangements on getting the inspector and the office was addressing that issue. Did call the office and talk to Megan and she has made arrangements that once they are ready for the inspection to call Dave Muniz from PDSD to have the inspection done and the clearance will be called in. Were taking measurements to start to prep the new box for the opening to place the raceways. Did meet with some of the tenants and they had no issues at this time. RV.
06/15/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - The 2-buses showed at 6:00 AM and were placed on the east side of the property next to the street for the tenants of the mobile home park. The management did have water and drinks with snacks on site for the tenants to get if needed by the main office. The contractor was on site at 5:30 AM and was getting ready to remove items off the boxes to start. T.E.P. showed at 6:05 AM and the cut outs were removed at the pole to remove the power from the property. The work started and did walk around and found some people checking on the power. Did advise those that buses have been placed on the east side and can go to cool off. Once the work started did leave the site to go to a fire call. The drop is 3-Phase and the new main disconnect is 3-Phase but going to single Phase. T.E.P. is requesting the other work to be done within 30 days but are having issues on locating the new CT Can and the new meter base. T.E.P. is allowing the install of the new disconnect with out the CT Can but will be checking on the other work to be done in 30 days. RV.
04/20/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The mobile home park still working with T.E.P. on changes for other section of the mobile home park. Did talk to several tenants that live in different areas of the mobile home park and they have no issues with the electrical at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
