06/09/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Was called to the site due to T.P.D. on site and a window is opened. Arrived and the units still on site and was able to open the door. T.P.D. did find a female in the house and she was removed and cited. Not able to locate the owner or rep. for the property and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured of one window. I was able to lock the doors and placed screws on the security doors. The property is lacking water and gas and the electrical is on at this time. Did receive a phone number to call and had no answer. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front and side of the house with the N.O.V. to Vacate. Did place a City of Tucson lock on the gates and gave the neighbors her lock back. Will check the site in 5 days. RV.
06/22/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Had a message from one of the neighbors that they heard broken glass at night. Went to the site and found all openings secured and no broken glass from the windows. The gates are still locked and the No Tresspassing signs are still in place. Will keep the case closed. RV.
