03/16/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH THE OWNER WHO WAS ON SITE AT THE PROPERTY AND THE OCCUPANT. OCCUPANT STATED THE OWNER WAS OUT LAST WEEK TO LOOK AT ISSUES HE NEEDED REPAIRED, OWNER WENT OUT AND INSPECTED THE ISSUES BUT FAILED TO INFORM HIM HE COULD NOT START THE WORK UNTIL 3/23/22 DUE TO LACK OF MAINTANENCE HELP. OWNER DID ADJUST THE HOTWATER TANK SO THAT THE OCCUPANT COULD HAVE HOT WATER. HIS BATHROOM SINK WAS A VERY SLOW LEAK AND A BUCKET WAS PROVIDED TO CATCH LEAKY WATER. (NOT MUCH WATER WAS IN THE BUCKET UNTIL HE COULD START THE WORK. ADDITIONAL ITEMS WERE ADDED, CHANGING OUT A RUSTED GRILLE, AND REBUILDING THE BASE CABINET FLOOR UNDER THE SINK. OWNER STATED HE WOULD DO ALL THE WORK BUT AGAIN COULD NOT START UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK. WILL FOLLOW UP ON 3/25, BUSINESS CARDS WERE GIVEN TO THE OWNER AND OCCUPANT IF THERE WERE PROBLEMS OR CHANGES.
06/03/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved RECEIVED CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT ALL ISSUES HAD BEEN ABATED. FRONT DOOR REPLACED. CABINET BASE AND DRAWER FRONTS REPAIRED. KITCHEN VENT REPLACED AND HOTWATER HEATER WAS ORIGINALLY ADJUSTED AND I WORKING ORDER. BATHROOM SINK LEAK ALSO REPAIRED. CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED THE REPAIRS HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND IS HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
