RECEIVED CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT ALL ISSUES HAD BEEN ABATED. FRONT DOOR REPLACED. CABINET BASE AND DRAWER FRONTS REPAIRED. KITCHEN VENT REPLACED AND HOTWATER HEATER WAS ORIGINALLY ADJUSTED AND I WORKING ORDER. BATHROOM SINK LEAK ALSO REPAIRED. CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED THE REPAIRS HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND IS HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
