I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHO STATED MAINTANENCE DID LOOK AT THE ISSUE AND FELT IT WAS POSSIBLY THE CONDENSATE LINE ON THE A/C UNIT, MADE REPAIRS AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE OCCUPANT SINCE. INSPECTOR MOVES TO CLOSE CASE DUE TO NOT HEARING BACK FROM THE OCCUPANT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
