VISITED SITE, LOCATED BUILDING AND APARTMENT. KNOCKED ON DOOR AND FRONT WINDOW SEVERAL TIMES BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I TRIED CONTACTING THE OCCUPANT, LEFT A MESSAGE IDENTIFYING MYSELF AND THE CONCERN WITH THE COMPLAINT. ALSO LEFT A BUSINESS CARD TAPED TO THE FRONT WROUGHT IRON DOOR ASKING THE OCCUPANT TO CONTACT. WILL FOLLOW UP ONE TIME AND TRY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE OCCUPANT. |
