01/27/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH THE MANAGER WHO STATED THERE WAS NO LEAK IN UNIT QP0301. SHE STATED THE LEAK WAS THE UPSTAIRS UNIT TO THE BACK OF THIS UNIT THAT CAUSED THE MINOR LEAKING IN UNIT QP0301. MANAGER SHOWED ME THE PICTURES OF THE ABOVE UNIT, TILE HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE FIXTURE WALL, DRYWALL ALSO REMOVED AND THE PLUMBING LEAK REPAIRED. DRYWALL HAS ALSO BEEN REPLACED AND THEY ARE WAITING FOR SHOWER SURROUND OR TILE TO BE REPLACED. MANAGER STATED THERE WAS A PAINT BUBBLE ON THE CEILING WHERE THE WATER LEAKED BELOW, THE BUBBLE WAS POKED TO RELEASE THE WATER AND WILL BE FILLED AND PAINTED, BUT THE LEAK HAS BEEN ADDRESSED. MANAGER DID STATE THIS HAS NOT BEEN THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO THIS OCCUPANT AND THE REASON SHE IS FRUSTRATED. KNOCKED ON THE DOOR OF UNIT QP0301 NUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I DID LEAVE A BUSINESS CARD TAPED TO THE DOOR ASKING THE OCCUPANT TO PLEASE CONTACT. WORK IS IN PROGRESS TO FIX THE CEILING IN UNIT QP0301. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
