Arrived and the units were still on site and the tenant has been transported for evaluation. The front porch has storage or trash and debris at the entrance to the unit. Has a path to enter the unit at this time. The interior has a smell of chemicals, urine and feces on the floor and walls, the interior is dirty and hasn't been cleaned in some time. The electrical has been removed at the meter and has no gas. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the maintenance will be locking the unit. The management did sign the paperwork and did go over that the tenant needs to meet with the management to enter the unit. Did call fire and went over the items that are under the stairwell on time frame to be cleaned up. Did talk to the management and they will be cleaning the area by the weekend. Will check in 10 days.
