09/06/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT BERMUDEZ Approved Emergency call out by TFD: Sewer blockage to the building effected the following units: 224,225,226,227,228,229,230 and 231. These units have sewage backing up in the shower area and interior of the units. The garage lower and upper level have sewage liquid dripping downward from the ceiling areas onto the flooring and running off the property onto the street. The water to the building is off, management did call a plumbing co to remove the blockage. The following units were condemned 224,225,226,227,228,229,230 and 231. Notice and order was signed by the management, notice details are as follows: Once the blockage has been removed, water is to be restored and then the interior and exterior areas to include the street shall be sanitized per Pima county protocols. Pima county will be following up tomorrow 9/7/2021 regarding sanitation. Management will contact inspector S.Bermudez, once blockage has been removed and water service restored today.
09/10/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE BERMUDEZ Approved ON SITE; WITH MGR STEPHANIE; DID WALK THROUGH ON ALL APARTMENTS THAT WERE CONDEMNED. UNITS 224,225,226,227,228,229,230,AND 231, HAVE ALL BEEN INSPECTED, PLUMBING WORKING PROPERLY, ALL FLOORS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF UNITS HAVE HAD WATER EXTRACTED, HAVE BEEN CLEANED AND SANITIZED. PLUMBING BLOCKAGE HAS BEEN REMOVED. ALL UNITS HAVE WORKING SMOKE ALARMS. WILL KEEP CASE CLOSED AT THIS TIME.
