These units have sewage backing up in the shower area and interior of the units. The garage lower and upper level have sewage liquid dripping downward from the ceiling areas onto the flooring and running off the property onto the street. The water to the building is off, management did call a plumbing co to remove the blockage. The following units were condemned 224,225,226,227,228,229,230 and 231. Notice and order was signed by the management, notice details are as follows: Once the blockage has been removed, water is to be restored and then the interior and exterior areas to include the street shall be sanitized per Pima county protocols. Pima county will be following up tomorrow 9/7/2021 regarding sanitation. Management will contact inspector S.Bermudez, once blockage has been removed and water service restored today. |
