Burned Outlet in the bedroom and it looks like there is electrical damages. management is not complying to fix this. Landord has a shed in the backyard where she runs electricity to it but tenant does not know where landlord is running that from. Landlord wants to build a giant hole in their backyard for the rain water can drain in there.

Will issue a 10 day notice owner for all corrections to be made. Will send nov on next office day. |
