However did find unapproved wiring and 3 prong outlets are not grounded and missing, also missing cover plates, 100 amp service panel, electrical romex extended to the unapproved rear porch is exposed and not in conduit, rear porch deck is rotting and is in a deteriorated stat with termite damage, no clean out found on or abutting property possibly buried underground allowing water to seep into ground causing ground to always be wet and smell, inspector is able to view this all over the property and there has been no rain. Unpermitted shed with live electrical wiring to include a 220 outlet that has burned. tenant does not use any electrical to the shed. Hot water heater is missing the TPR line. Per tenant the gas utility was not connected due to the gas hot water heater flue is under the top cooler line and is within one foot of the cooler posing a hazard. Will issue a 10 day notice owner for all corrections to be made. Will send nov on next office day. |
