08/24/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a mobile home fire. Arrived and T.P.D. on site with a mobile home where the ceiling is falling due to the roof is leaking. There are several areas where the roof is leaking. The person is renting with option to buy and will have to check on what the position is with the management on the ownership of the mobile home. The drywall needs to be pulled down and will call the person doing the maintenance on the mobile home park in the morning. There was no fire on the mobile home and the teenage son needed assistance and was taken for evaluation. Will be meeting on site tomorrow at 10:00 AM to check the roof and meet with the management. 09/14/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went to the site and no one home. The wall unit AC was on at the time of the inspection. Did call the maintenance and they are not sure what the person is doing. She has been given option on moving out to another mobile home or renting another mobile home. I have not been in contact with the person since 8-25-21 when advised to call the main office on moving out. Maintenance will call tomorrow once they have tried to call the person on what she is going to do with the mobile home she is living in at this time. RV.
