THESE RECEPTACLES NEED TO BE EVALUATED BY A LICENSE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE THEY ARE NOT COMPROMISED BY WATER DAMAGE PRIOR TO ENERGIZING.POWER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED OFF AND TAGGED BY TEP AT THE METER PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. ON CALL MAINTENANCE PERSONAL IS AWARE OF THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE AND THE NEED TO HAVE ELECTRICAL EVALUATED. POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY AT THE FRONT WINDOW ALONG WITH NOTICE AND ORDER TO KEEP VACATE. FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED BY INSPECTOR BEFORE LEAVING PROPERTY WITH A KEY THAT TFD PROVIDED, MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN INFORMED KEY WILL BE LEFT AT OFFICE DROP BOX. |
