THERE IS AN APPROX. 3X5 DRYWALL DAMAGE FROM THE FIRE, THIS DAMAGE WALL HAS BURNT CONDUCTORS AND LIGHT SWITCH RECEPTACLE. THERE IS ANOTHER APPROX. 2X5 AREA OF FIRE DAMAGE WALL IN THE BEDROOM. THERE IS WATER DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR WALL FINISH AND FLOORING, POTENTIAL WATER INTRUSION IN SURROUND ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLES. THESE RECEPTACLES NEED TO BE EVALUATED BY A LICENSE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE THEY ARE NOT COMPROMISED BY WATER DAMAGE PRIOR TO ENERGIZING.POWER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED OFF AND TAGGED BY TEP AT THE METER PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. ON CALL MAINTENANCE PERSONAL IS AWARE OF THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE AND THE NEED TO HAVE ELECTRICAL EVALUATED. POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY AT THE FRONT WINDOW ALONG WITH NOTICE AND ORDER TO KEEP VACATE. FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED BY INSPECTOR BEFORE LEAVING PROPERTY WITH A KEY THAT TFD PROVIDED, MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN INFORMED KEY WILL BE LEFT AT OFFICE DROP BOX. |
