Arrived and the owners were on site and was able to check the violation. The issues were on the main electrical service panels were lacking the door panel covers and the dead fronts. The owners was able to find the door panels and 1-dead front. They have some romex that has been added to the panels and were not protected and were below 8'. Has some that has plastic pipes covering the romex on the other panel and showed what needs to be done. The owner was going to call a electrician to check the area and make the needed repairs. T.E.P. was on site at some time to place locking devices on the service side on the meter side where lacking. The owners are living in the house with the family. RV. |

RICHARD HAD BEEN OUT TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED SOME ELECTRICAL ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE CORRECT. RICHARD WENT OVER THE ISSUES WHILE ON SITE. ISSUES APPEAR TO BE MINOR ISSUES AND EASILY CORRECTED. SO I REVISITED THE SITE, FOUND FRONT GATES TO THE STRUCTURE WERE LOCKED SO I TRIED CONTACTING THE OWNER BUT HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I THEN CONTACTED TONY B TEP AND ASKED IF HE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ADDRESS, TONY STATED IT WAS NOT HIS AREA BUT WOULD LOOK INTO THE ADDRESS INFO. TONY CALLED BACK AND STATED THAT HE WAS NO AWARE OF WHAT CAUSED THEM TO BE CALLED OUT TO THE PROPRETY BUT STATED WHATEVER CORRECTIONS WERE REQUIRED, WERE CORRECTED, TEP DID HAVE A LOCK ON THE BOX, THEY WERE CONTACTED TO REMOVE THE LOCK, INSPECTED THE PANEL AND HE WAS TOLD THAT THE ADDRESS OWNERS ARE IN GOOD STANDING WITH TEP, ARE THERE ARE NO FURTHER ISSUES. PERMITS WERE NOT REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
