06/26/2021	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Commnication called that T.P.D. on site with a vehicle into the building. Arrived and all the units were still on site and has a DUI where the vehicle hit a Backflow preventer and broke the water line, broke a couple of the store front windows, the glass on the door on one side has been pushed in, flower pots broken in the front of the store, and a flower bed built on the front of the store near the door has been crushed. Not able to make contact with the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the broken windows secured. No damage to the interior of the store and will be able to open once the area gets cleaned up. Has some decrative rocks in the front that are loose but has the masonry behind it that is still in place. The water has been turned off at the meter due to th broken water line by the Water Department. Will mail the N.O.V. to the owner. RV.
07/01/2021	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The business is still opened and has no issues with the windows being boarded up. The area is cleaned up and will be closing the case due to has to work with the insurance company and order the windows. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
