06/17/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site and the unit was dried out due to the incident happened on 6-11-21 and again on 6-12-21 when working on the water heater upstairs. The upper unit had a leak on the water heater and leak to the bottom unit. They stop the leak and when working on the water heater the water leaked again. A company came to the site to extract the water and leave some blowers. There is some holes in the ceilings in the bathroom to let the water drip and some air to the area. Some paint is peeling in the bathroom, hallway and the kitchen area. The floor has some of the vinyl flooring buckling near the wall in the hallway. The tenant showed the areas affected and than met with the management on the timeline on the repairs. Will check next week on the progress and the management is letting the areas dry out and get some air to prevent mold to the areas. RV.
10/13/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the tenant and the AC unit is working and still has issues with the water leaking from the upper unit. Will meet with management. RV.
