06/02/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Had a fire in unit #331 and has fire damage to the unit. The front door was kicked in and the door is broken at the knob area. The rear porch has the drywall pull down to check for fire in the attic area. Has holes in the drywall on the walls and the ceilings to check for the extension of the fire. The roof has been vented in the area of the unit. The ceiling is leaking water from the water added to the attic area to fight the fire. The kitchen has water on the flooring and the carpet is soaked in the living and dinning area. The electrical has been removed due to the amount of damage to the uit and the area. The maintenance will secure the area once the investigation is completed. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork. The maintenace crew will place the Do Not Enter when the area is secured.
