Did find some mattresses and couches being stacked around the dumpsters and they will be picked up soon. Did find a 40 yard dumpster in the rear of the property where all the large items are disposed from the property. Did talk to the manager and are having problems with the public coming onto the property to dump or leave items on the property who don't live on the property. This is an on going issue and checking on how to address the public coming onto the property to leave items. Will check in 14 days. RV.
06/17/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property has been cleaned and at this time the case will be closed. The dumpster in the rear of the property has been removed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
